The TV chef and (more importantly) mastermind behind Smiths of Smithfield has a new book out as of September 19th, succinctly entitled, 'Beef'. As well as recipes, it includes a 'fold-out poster showing cuts of meat' and, entertainingly, a 'gatefold visual showing how to cook beef for 100'. (Handy)
