After three months of fierce competition, we (the discerning, meat-eating public) have chosen the Ultimate Meat: Bacon (American).
Congratulations to Bacon and to Heather, the tireless champion of Bacon's culinary excellence.
Please take a moment to calmly reflect on the worthiness of Bacon, with one of Heather's earlier videos:

Bacon began the tournament in the fiercely competitive Red Division, but never once balked at the challenge it faced. Beginning aggressively, Bacon trounced Hot Dogs, an American favorite, in the first round by one of the largest margins of victory in the tournament. The momentum carried Bacon through an equally impressive second round victory. Although Steak was a trendy pick to win the entire tournament, the Bacon behemoth plowed effortlessly onwards.
Meanwhile, the Sausage juggernaut had smashed through the rest of the Red Division with ease - defeating Cinderella candidate Lamb in the second round to set up an epic Divisional Final. Worryingly, Sausage had already beaten one Bacon - Bacon (British) - in the first round.
The clash of these two titans shook the Internet itself. When the dust had settled, over 1600 people had spoken, and Bacon (American) was the Red Division champion. The tragic loss of its trans-Atlantic cousin had been avenged. (And we're all still a little bit worried about Sausage).
The tournament's semifinal saw a new challenge, as Bacon was pitted against its geographic and cultural opposite. But, despite the judicious application of ninjas, Sushi tumbled as well. The path to the final was clear.
In the other half of the bracket, Roast Chicken had easily mastered the White Division - taking apart Fried Chicken, Foie Gras and Duck with ease. A fiercely-fought semifinal with Kangaroo posed the first real challenge to Roast Chicken's domination, but even the Antipodean wonder-meat fell in the end.
With arguments ranging from the philosophical to the downright surreal, this classic and adaptable dish had deftly earned its place in the final of The Ultimate Meat Bracket.
The final was closely fought - feathers flew, grease splattered - and despite a very convincing argument from the Roast Chicken camp, Bacon emerged triumphant.
